Professional Services

In addition to counseling services, there are other ways to support your goals, such as training on specific topics for your staff, counselor-led peer group sessions, or parenting coordination.

Presentations & Workshops

Engaging, relevant, and designed just for your audience.

As both a professor and a public speaker, I enjoy creating customized presentations for teachers, community groups, special interest organizations, and workplaces. Before each session, I provide an anonymous online needs survey so content can be tailored to your group’s priorities.

Popular topics include:

  • Communication skills for connection and collaboration

  • Understanding and supporting neurodiversity

  • Strategies for addressing anxiety and building resilience

  • Addressing bullying in schools and workplaces

  • Fostering healthy workplace culture

  • Emotional co-regulation in families and classrooms

  • Trauma-informed care practices

  • Navigating life transitions

Format & Pricing:

  • Presentations available in-person or online

  • Standard rate: $100/hour (negotiable based on group size, nonprofit status, or multi-session booking)

  • Sessions can be designed as stand-alone presentations or interactive workshops

Support guided Groups

A safe space to learn, share, and grow together.

I offer facilitation for community-based support groups, available both online and in person. These are not therapy sessions but are designed to provide psychoeducation, moderated discussion, and a supportive space for connection.

Details:

  • Frequency: Weekly or less

  • Duration: 1 hour per session

  • Online groups: Zoom link provided by me

  • In-person groups: Space provided by the group organizer

  • Honorarium appreciated for preparation and facilitation

Parent Coordinating Services

Guidance for co-parents navigating difficult transitions.

I am currently completing training to offer Parent Coordination Services—a structured, professional approach to supporting co-parents navigating high-conflict situations. These services are separate from counseling and focus on improving communication, reducing conflict, and prioritizing the well-being of children. More details will be available closer to launch.
